Intro/good friends
I cant tell how I feel about starting a blog. I really don’t think anyone will read it, and I really don’t know if I want to spend to much of my time posting into nothingness when I have plenty good journals waiting for my love and affection
I want to share with you all a few things that make me smile. One is a comedian named Dane Cook. I down loaded his CD off itunes and I have to say he is a pretty funny bitch. Check him out via CD or live in person.Dane’s site Second is pugs and snails. Not together really. I assume the pug would eat the snail… So I guess I should have said two… and then three being the snail…
I miss the city terribly. I don’t know if I want to live there again now. Too many memories of sick tummy’s, heartache, and cat hair. If I do it again I want to be able to afford a nice place with nice furniture. Maybe some pictures on the wall. A/C is also kinda neat for Chicago living.
My good friend Adam Nielson has moved closer to me. We became close again after both of our lives changed a bit a few years ago. I gotta say he has been a truly great friend to me. I remember(barely) being very intoxicated at the bar Casey Morans across the street from Wrigley field with some girls from Bloomingdale’s. I didn’t know how I was supposed to get home. I don’t think I could have told a cab driver my address at that point. I broke away from the girls and went and sat on the stoop outside in my brand new BCBG tunic trying to shoo off men trying to take me back inside. I called him frightened and the next thing I knew, he was running across the street in his p.j’s to pick me off the ground 25min later. I don’t even want to know how fast he drove from the burbs. He is such a great guy. His new Harley should be in any day. I cant wait!!!
I am a lucky girl. I have great people in my life. Great family, great boyfriend, and great friends. I just wish I new how to balance my life better. To give them attention and still pursue what I love.
Thanks for listening~*
